Offered for sale is a Norwegian Krag Carbine m/1895 in 6.5x55 Swedish. Condition is all matching which is rare for a Norwegian Krag and even more so for a Carbine. The condition of the wood and the finish is very good, with no cracks. It was sold to me as original but it may have been refinished. If it was refinished it isn't recent. Sadly, the bore is poor and completely shot out. I put a bore scope to it and the lands are worn flush with the bore. What you see on the photos is the shadow of the copper residue in the former grooves. I will accommodate sending additional photos of specifics to serious requests. Offered at $2000 plus shipping OBO, with the price based on rarity and external appearance.
